The terms of sales and delivery mentioned below apply to all supplies and purchases from GreyLime. Any deviation of the general terms of sales and delivery may only be applied by written permission from GreyLime.
All prices on the website (unless something else is indicated) are unit prices including all taxes and duties. Pricing on the website is in DKK, SEK or Euro. GreyLime reserve the right to change prices without warning.
All products can be ordered online at our website. Orders can be placed throughout all 24 hours - 365 days a year.
Orders are processed Monday-Friday 09.00 AM – 4.00 PM (CEST).
Returns must be sent to our warehouse on the address:

GreyLime charges no card fee or other fee for the payment.
The full amount is charged once the order is shipped.
Delivery and shipping cost:
Shipments impose freight costs after existing fares. GreyLime only operates through the website. Therefore it is not possible to receive personal service on the address without a preceding arrangement. If you wish to come by our office and look at the products or pick up an order, you must have set up an appointment before arrival. Contact us on live chat or email@example.com
We offer 14 days full right to return. The right of cancellation starts from the time the package is handed over to the consumer. You must within the 14 days of receiving the parcel, inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org or by using the Return Form. You must make it very clear to us that you wish to use your right of cancellation.
You cannot just cancel by denying the reception of the package without notifying us.
In case you refuse to receive the package or do not pick up your package at a pickup point, we will invoice you for the return to our warehouse.
You must return your order without unnecessary delay, and at the latest 14 days after you informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must pay all the direct expenses covering the products return shipment and you carry the risk for the product from the time of the delivery.
Missing original packaging may pose a depreciation of the product, so to be sure to receive all the money, you are recommended to return the product in its original packaging. Therefore always make sure to take good care of the original packaging in case you wish to use your right of cancellation.
The condition of the product when returning:
You are only liable for any potential deterioration in the value of the product that is caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and manner of operation of the product. In other words, you can test the product in the same way as if you were testing it in a physical store, but you must put it into actual use.
If the product has been taking into use, we consider it used, which means that if you choose to cancel the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the trade value of the item.
Refund of the purchase amount:
If you cancel your purchase, we refund the amount. In the event of any impairment for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted.
If you regret the purchase by refusing to receive or pick up the product, we will offset the return costs in your refund.
We will make such a refund with the same mode of payment that you used when you placed the order
We can withhold the refund until we have received the item unless you provide us with proof of delivery.

We do not receive parcels shipped as cash on delivery unless otherwise agreed. Should this happen anyway, the cost will be deducted from the refund.
24 months of warranty is granted on all goods. This means that you can get the item repaired, replaced, refunded or discounted, depending on the specific situation. However, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of improper use of the product or other injurious behaviour. You must give notice within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. We recommend that you submit your complaint within two months.
For all items (including items with limited durability such as batteries, power banks and LED bulbs), ordinary wear and tear is not considered a defect, though wear and tear can occur before the expiry of the 24 months warranty.
If you want to complain about a product, the item must be shipped to us for investigation. For repair, a detailed description of the issue/error must be included. Replacement/repair items must be returned as complete as possible. If you return an item where no defects can be found, GreyLime reserves the right to invoice you a service charge on spent technician time as well as shipping fee (Rate of a technician hour DKK 398, - incl. VAT).
If the complaint is justified, we will reimburse your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Remember to send us a receipt for shipping, which we need to reimburse your shipping costs.

When returning the item, please send an email to email@example.com describing the problem as detailed as possible and stating your order number. When the package is shipped, attach a delivery note with the order number.
All orders are subject to force majeure, including war, civil unrest, natural disasters, strikes and lockouts, failing supplies of raw materials, fire, damage to GreyLime or suppliers’ production equipment, failure of transport options, import or export conditions, and any other events that hinder/limit us in delivering the item. GreyLime has the option to choose between withdrawing the trade, withdrawing part of it or delivering as soon as the obstacle to normal delivery has expired. We are not responsible for any loss you may suffer as a result of the failure to deliver at Force Majeure.
If you want to complain about your purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If we are unable to find a solution, you can file a complaint to relevant committees in the area if the conditions are met.
