We ship daily and expected delivery is 1-2 workdays
International Delivery:
We deliver to most countries within the European Union. The cost varies, starting from 2.50 Euro. Expected delivery is 2-5 workdays, often faster: More information about international delivery.
Tracking number
When your order is packed, you will receive an email with confirmation that your order has been packed and is ready for dispatch. In this e-mail, you will also receive a tracking number, which can be used to follow your package.
Return
In case you wish to return a product, you should do the following:

Payment of return freight
When you cancel your purchase, you must cover the expenses of returning the product(s) yourself.
The risks of a return shipment
You carry the risks when returning a product. We recommend that you send your return in a package that is insured.
14-day cancellation period
You always have a 14-day cancellation period from the day you receive your package. You must contact us and make us aware that you wish to cancel your purchase no later than 14 days. Afterwards, you return the product as quickly as possible.
Return the product in its original packaging
You must return the product in its original packaging with all of the original parts. If the product is not returned in its original packaging, if anything is missing, or if something is broken, it may result in a reduction in the value of the product.
Refunds
Your refund will be transferred to the debit card that was used for the purchase when we receive your return. If you have not received the money within 7 working days, please contact us on hello@greylime.eu.
