What should I choose from USB-A or USB-C for lightning?

It depends on several things - your current charger and which iPhone you have.

The newer iPhones such as iPhone 12 and 13 can be charged faster and with more watts than the older models. Therefore, it will be a good idea to invest in a wall charger with a USB-C port and a USB-C for Lightning cable, as you will experience faster charging.

If you have a wall charger with a USB-A port (square port), then you can safely buy a USB-A for Lightning cable, but we would still recommend that you check how fast your iPhone can be charged.

USB-C is generally better and newer than USB-A, but USB-A is still used to a very large extent and is therefore still relevant in many cases.
